Me and my friend failed to make a reservation for our stay here at Siquijor Island. We told our tricycle driver to bring us to One Sunset View, but he brought us to a different resort. He told us that a lot of tourists may have already checked in there and that we should try to look into this place instead. “Maganda rin dito (it’s also nice here).”, kuya Rio told us. I’m the planning type, but not a “planner” person. I never had collected stickers to have a Starbucks or a Cofeebean planner. I hardly ever buy a planner. In case I bought one, I will just get excited at the first quarter of the year and then keep it somewhere for the rest of the year. I prefer notebooks, but have the same habits in terms of using them.
In one of our meet-ups, out of nothing, my friend surprised me with a gift – a planner (oh my gosh!). But this is a different kind of planner and it almost made me literally jump off my seat! Continue reading
